I want to make an order! How do i do it?
It's Simple! Go to Ramsons.gi, add items to your basket and follow the checkout procedure. Please note we will NOT take payment online just yet, so don't worry. Finalise the order and a member of the team will be in touch to complete it.
Make sure you fill in your address and telephone number in correctly for us to be able to get your goods to the right place!
I want to pay for an order but deliver it to someone else. Can I do this?
YES! In the checkout section, there's a BILLING address and a DELIVERY address, if you fill those in correctly, we will be able to contact you for payment and deliver to your preferred address.
I want to make an order, but not sure if you can deliver?
We can deliver to pretty much every single Gibraltar address (woohoo!) make sure you let us know your address exactly at checkout and add any Notes to the order if there are any special delivery requirements.
Do I need to create an account online?
No, you do not need to create an account with us to browse or shop through the site. But we strongly suggest you do set up an account with us and benefit from all we offer:

You can also subscribe to our email newsletter service without having an account. We’ll never pass your details onto anyone else and you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
When is payment processed?
Once the order is processed, a member of the team will be in touch with you to confirm availability of the products and to take payment over the phone.
Please DO NOT write or email us your credit card details and we will never ask you to do this. A member of the team will call to ensure all data is kept confidential.
How much does it cost to deliver?
Our delivery fee is £3.00.
Orders for those over 60 years are free, but only on orders made via Phone.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Once the order is confirmed & payment has been made, you should get your items delivered within 24 hours (during our opening hours).
A member of the team will be in touch with you to confirm delivery time slot & date.
Same day delivery may be available on orders made before 1pm.
I have received the wrong item in my order!
Oh no, we are terribly sorry about this! Please email us at email@example.com with your name & order number and let us know exactly what needs replacing.
A member of the fulfilment team will then contact you to arrange the exchange.
Can I buy the goods online, but collect it myself?
When you are checking out, please choose the Click & Collect payment option. A member of the team will be in touch with you to confirm availability of the products, take payment over the phone and confirm a time as from when you can come and collect your order.
What if my question wasn't answered here or I have a problem with my order?
