I want to make an order! How do i do it? 

It's Simple! Go to, add items to your basket and follow the checkout procedure.

Make sure you fill in your address and telephone number in correctly for us to be able to get your goods to the right place! 


I want to pay for an order but deliver it to someone else. Can I do this?

YES! In the checkout section, there's a BILLING address and a DELIVERY address, if you fill those in correctly, we will be able to contact you for payment and deliver to your preferred address. 


I want to make an order, but not sure if you can deliver? 

We can deliver to pretty much every single Gibraltar address (woohoo!) make sure you let us know your address exactly at checkout and add any Notes to the order if there are any special delivery requirements. 


Do I need to create an account online? 

No, you do not need to create an account with us to browse or shop through the site. But we strongly suggest you do set up an account with us and benefit from all we offer:

When is payment processed? 

Once the order is processed, a member of the team will prepare your order and once everything is confirmed, payment will be captured from the card you verified for the transaction. 


How much does it cost to deliver? 

Our delivery service is completely free of charge!


How soon can I expect to receive my order? 

Once the order is confirmed & payment has been made, you should get your items delivered within 24 hours (during our opening hours). 


Delivery on the same day is usually always the case, however, if we find that we are not able to provide you with same day delivery, we will contact you to let you know prior! 


I have received the wrong item in my order!

Oh no, we are terribly sorry about this! Please email us at with your name & order number and let us know exactly what needs replacing. 

A member of the fulfilment team will then contact you to arrange the exchange. 


Can I buy the goods online, but collect it myself? 


When you are checking out, please choose the Click & Collect payment option. A member of the team will process your order, process the payment & contact you once it is ready to be collected!
